The Mark S. Bonham Centre at The University of Toronto is excited to share that one of the first funded Emerging Projects at the Queer and Trans Research Lab, End of the Line Press, is up and running! Their portal is now open to submissions.
End of the Line Press, a non-profit corporation, supports emerging and established artists who are trans, non-binary, & Two-Spirit to promote their work, to connect them with a supportive editing team, and to build relationships and networks that empower & compensate creative workers in our communities.
They seek book-length manuscripts of prose, poetry, & visual arts by trans, non-binary, & Two-Spirit people for publication in monograph and chapbook form. They especially encourage submissions from emerging artists & first-time authors. There are no limits on the artist except for the printed page. All genres & aesthetic sensibilities are welcome. We are also interested in texts which utilize translingual composition practices and use other languages in addition to English.
