I am pleased to have completed the ICD-Rotman Directors Education Program and obtained the ICD.D professional designation having successfully passed both the written and oral examinations.
The course is the leading national education program for experienced board directors in Canada, jointly developed by the Institute of Corporate Directors and the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management. It is geared toward experienced directors wishing to hone their skills and be more effective. The course itself is focused primarily on for-profit governance with an emphasis on the governance of publicly-traded corporations and designed to build the competencies deemed necessary to be an effective director.
Congratulations to my fellow classmates who also completed the course and obtained the designation. It was a great experience with many new acquaintances.
