I am excited to be joining the Advisory Board of Crimson Asset Management of Toronto, an independent and leading boutique investment firm specializing in US and Canadian small cap investing founded by Ken Jesudian and Anthony Ferrari.
Crimson is a focused and research-based investment management firm for disciplined, long term investors. The company’s strategy is to invest in quality companies they know well. Their research-based approach to investing combines with the experience of the team and the firm’s ability to be nimble to give a truly competitive advantage.
Prior to co-founding Crimson, Ken Jesudian was the CEO of Burgundy Asset Management for nearly 5 years after being its Director of Research since 2005. He sits on the Board of Directors for the Royal Conservatory of Music and the Sick Kids Hospital Foundation. Anthony Ferrari is the Chair of the Advisory Board at Cornell University’s Program in Infrastructure Policy (“CPIP”), one of the leading infrastructure investment-focused centres in the world, and a Visiting Scholar at Stanford University’s Global Projects Center. He previously founded Crimson Infrastructure, an infrastructure-focused M&A consulting firm. Anthony has extensive experience at the highest level of politics and government in Canada, as well as in US and the UK.
It gives me great pleasure to have the trust and confidence of these two seasoned investment professionals, and I look forward to adding value to the work of the firm and its clients.
